Aluminum

Excellent strength-to-weight ratio, low cost, and highly recyclable.

Wood

Not as homogenous as other materials. Easily executed intricate designs with CNC Machines.

Honeycomb

Core machined for structural strength.

ABS Plastics

Easily melted down and molded into different shapes during the injection molding process.

Silicone

Comes in a variety of formulations for molding and manufacturing, it helps business streamline their processing, while ensuring consistent quality production.

Acetal

Offers consistent properties throughout the shape. Slightly higher tensile and impact strength at room temperatures.

Thermal (set and not set) plastics

Thermoplastics can be remelted back into a liquid, whereas thermoset plastics always remain in a permanent solid state. Thermoset plastics offer enhanced high-performance combination of thermal stability, chemical resistance, and structural integrity. Thermoplastics are high strength, lightweight materials and have relatively low processing costs.

Fiber

Commonly used where light construction materials are required because of the excellent strength-to-weight ratio of the composite material at high stiffness.

PVC Foam

Widespread use in advanced composites is due to its many advantages. PVC Foam provides high strength and stiffness to weight ratio. Process friendly.
